It is currently not possible to enter the address of a Post Office Box for the delivery of your order.

The delivery country must coincide with the purchase country. When you visit mayoral.com, you will indicate your Country and Language preference. The available delivery Regions/Counties are related to the selected Country.

Currently no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation of the delivery once the order has left our warehouse. The courier will also contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the tracking number and delivery of your order.

You will be notified that your package is waiting to be picked up at a UPS Access Point at a time convenient to you. Present proof of identity to pick up your package. You will have 7 days to pick it up. It is necessary to present the order number and the ID of the person collecting it.
