Cancellation and returns


You can cancel an order if the status is Received. To cancel an order, first go to Orders


Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed in the same payment method used in your purchase. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.


Remember that you have 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to process the return, after this time no returns will be accepted.

To process a return, please click My account > Orders or select the order to be returned from the Returns section and follow the steps.


  1. Check that all items are in the same condition as you received them and with their tags attached.
  2. Pack them properly to avoid damage in transit (bag, box, etc.).


Remember that all garments or items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent, non-worn and with all their tags. In any case, we do not accept returns of unsealed items after delivery or certain items for hygiene reasons.


Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment, within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.


In the online store you will have to first process the return of the items you want to exchange and then place a new order with the new items.
