Mayoral Moda Infantil SAU (from now on MAYORAL) puts at your disposition an online purchasing service allowing you to shop from your computer for products available in our online store. You will also be able to enjoy exclusive promotions, gifts and special offers.
We invite you to review the general conditions that regulate the purchase of Mayoral products through this website. The use of this website constitutes your agreement to these general conditions; however, if you have any questions about them, please contact our Customer Service Department.

The items offered on this web page are a selection of products from the MAYORAL collection and comply with the same quality and guarantee requirements as products for sale in MAYORAL establishments.
MAYORAL strives to show the colours of the garments as closely as possible to reality. However, the colour of the garments may be displayed differently on different devices. MAYORAL cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your monitor are true to life.
Special offers, promotions or discounts are valid until the date indicated.
In the event of a defective product, MAYORAL will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract. All these steps will be free of charge for the consumer and user. Likewise, MAYORAL will respond to any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three years from delivery.
All this in accordance with the provisions contained in the General Consumer Law and applicable provisions.


The items that you would like to acquire must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon. The shopping bag will contain the references of the selected items, their name, size, chosen colour and the price in the corresponding currency (including taxes).
The price quoted does not include the cost of shipping as rates vary depending on the country and shipping method selected. This price will be indicated in the shopping bag before you start the purchase process.
During the purchase process, your personal details will be requested, which will be added to our database in order to process the order and to facilitate new purchases at MAYORAL. In the same way, you will be able to access your personal data and the information of all your orders through the My Account 

section.

Remember that personal data must be indicated accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item(s) purchased.
Once the purchase has been completed, and before the order is shipped, a summary will be presented identifying the item(s) purchased, their total price (including taxes) and shipping details.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, we will inform you of the order number via the website. We will also send you an email with a description of the order and the personal details provided. If you do not receive this email, it may be due to a temporary communication problem on the network or a typing error in the email address provided. In both cases, we advise you to contact Customer Service.
If, at the time of placing the order, our warehouse detects that any of the products are out of stock, we will inform you immediately so that you can let us know if you wish to cancel the order and place it again or, on the contrary, if you prefer to receive the remaining garments and receive a refund for the amount of the missing garment.
MAYORAL contributes to protecting the environment through digitalisation. You can consult and download your invoices from the website whenever you wish. You can also request our customer service department for them to be sent by email or post.

The prices on this website are shown in the currency of the country of destination and include taxes.
Once the order has been completed, and before payment of the order is made, a final summary will be presented identifying the item(s) purchased and their total price (including taxes).
MAYORAL gives its users the option of choosing the country or region of destination so that they can view the prices including taxes. If the delivery address is subsequently changed, and this entails a change in the country or region of destination, the prices shown in the final summary of the order may be subject to variations. 


MAYORAL will only accept payments made by credit or debit card supported by the payment system or payment gateway and by PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page and from there you will be able to pay with your PayPal account quickly and securely, without sharing financial information.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online; that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the details provided are correct. In order to offer maximum security, MAYORAL uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. Furthermore, the card details used for payment are transmitted encrypted. This solution guarantees the secrecy of the communication through a dialogue with encryption keys, guaranteed by the company GeoTrust, leader in security and SSL secure digital certifications.
As a complementary measure to the payment system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud on the Internet, Mayoral reserves the right to verify the personal data provided and to adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) to ensure that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
  • The card has expired. Check that your card does not exceed the expiry date.
  • The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • Some of the information entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
  • Other reasons. Contact your bank for more information. 


The country of delivery must always match the country of purchase. When you visit mayoral.com you must indicate the Country (region) and Language preferences. The delivery locations are related to the available regions that you have previously selected.
You can change Country (region) whenever you need to.
To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the form correctly during the purchase process.
Mayoral offers you several delivery methods that you can select during the purchase process. Availability may vary depending on the country of delivery.
  • Home delivery. Receive your order at the home address you provide during the purchase process (home, work, etc.). The delivery needs to be authenticated, so it is not possible to establish a P.O. Box as an address.
  • Collection Points. Receive your order at one of our network's convenience points. You can check your nearest location directly by selecting the delivery method when placing your order.

The shipping costs can increase if the volume of the order is big or if the packing used is special.
The delivery times indicated may be longer during sales or promotions.

you can track your order status. You will receive an email each time your order status changes.
Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such a change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase once you have received it, Mayoral allows you to return it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. To do so, go to My Account > Returns.
In the case of returning the entire order within the first 14 days since the date of the delivery, which is the legal period for exercising the right of withdrawal, Mayoral will refund the total amount of the order including the shipping costs if any; but once the legal term has elapsed you will be refunded only the price paid for the products and not the shipping costs, except if the return of the entire order is due to a fault.
Mayoral offers various return methods, the availability of which will vary depending on the country of purchase:
  • Free returns via our courier agency. Mayoral is not responsible for the loss of undocumented returns.
  • Return by own means:  The customer can return by their own means to Mayoral UK Ltd, 26 Cross Street, 2nd Floor, Manchester, M2 7AQ. Ensure that the parcel is closed and correctly sealed and sent by registered mail if possible. Mayoral is not responsible for any damage, loss or costs incurred when this method is used.
For every method, the customer is required to follow the steps below:
1. Process the return through My Account.
2. Prepare the return by re-using the shipping bag itself or, in its absence, an appropriate packaging (box, bag, etc.).
3. On the outside, fix the courier's return label, if any.
4. Seal the bag correctly.
When the return shipment is received at Mayoral, the refund of the amount paid for the returned products will be processed. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Remember that this process may take a few days depending on your bank.
If the return is not authorised you will be notified by email, in this case you can contact the customer service department for further details of the evaluation. In the case of none authorised returns Mayoral is under no obligation to refund the amount of the returned items. If the client would like to receive the returned items back, Mayoral will send them to the indicated address, but delivery charges will be charged to the client.
The customer is responsible for the return costs if they do not return the goods using any of the free return methods mentioned above.
All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent, unused and with all the tags attached. Refunds will not be issued for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.


Exchanges are not available at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions above to return your item.


Mayoral ensures the security of the data you provide to us through standard physical, electronic and managerial procedures. Where appropriate, Mayoral websites use SSL encryption to increase the security of data transmission. Within Mayoral, data is stored on controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in Spain or any other country in which Mayoral, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are located.
Mayoral will never send you an email asking you to provide or confirm Personal Information. If you receive such a communication, please forward it immediately to infobe@mayoral.com.
