You can only cancel an order if its status is 'Received'. To do so, access Orders.

Once the order has been cancelled, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.

Remember that you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to process the return. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Returns are free of charge, provided they are made via our available delivery methods:

In order to process a return, enterMy account > Orders or select the order to be returned from the Returns section. All you have to do is indicate the collection method that suits you best.

Returns cannot be processed at the Mayoral stores in El Corte Inglés.

Please note all items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent, unused and with all tags attached. We do not accept the return of any tampered items or boys and girls briefs for hygiene reasons.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the order within 14 days, depending on your bank.

Mayoral does not offer exchanges for any item. The only way to change an item is to process a return to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item or size. We cannot guarantee stock will be available in the event you need to place a new order.

In Mayoral (authorised) shops, you will be able to make exchanges in the following cases:

Exchanges are subject to availability in Mayoral shops. In addition, you will have 30 days for returns from the date of the exchange. Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges cannot be made at the Mayoral stores in El Corte Inglés for garments purchased online or in Mayoral shops.

If you make a partial or full return of your purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item(s) (the original price minus the proportional part of the voucher applied), but the discount voucher will not be refunded. 

The voucher will also not be refunded if the order is cancelled by Mayoral, if any of the items have defects, or if you receive an incomplete order.

However, there are some exceptions where, in addition to the refund, you will receive a new discount voucher of a similar amount, valid for at least 15 days.

Exceptions: If you cancel the order from your personal account or if we cancel it upon your request through our customer service, if all the items in the order have defects, if your order is lost or you receive an incomplete order and choose to return all received items.
